一、危险废物
I. Hazardous wastes

危险废物是指根据《中华人民共和国固体废物污染防治法》的规定,被列入国家危险废物名录或者根据国家规定的危险废物鉴别标准和鉴别方法认定的具有危险特性的废物。
Hazardous wastes refer to the wastes with hazardous characteristics that are listed in the National Hazardous Waste List according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environment Pollution Caused by Solid Wastes, or dangerous wastes determined using the state prescribed standards and methods for identification of hazardous wastes.

随着工业的发展,工业生产过程排放的危险废物日益增多。据估计,全世界每年的危险废物产生量为3.3亿吨。由于危险废物带来的严重污染和潜在的严重影响,在工业发达国家危险废物已称为政治废物,公众对危险废物问题十分敏感,反对在自己居住的地区设立危险废物处置场,加上危险废物的处置费用高昂,一些公司极力试图向工业不发达国家和地区转移危险废物。
With the development of industry, the amount of hazardous wastes discharged from industrial production is increasing. It is estimated that the annual amount of hazardous wastes generated worldwide is 330 million tons. Due to the serious pollution and potential grave impacts of hazardous wastes, the hazardous wastes in industrially advanced countries have been called “political wastes”. The public is sensitive to hazardous wastes and opposes the establishment of hazardous waste disposal sites in their living areas. The disposal of hazardous wastes is expensive, and some companies are trying to transfer hazardous wastes to industrially underdeveloped countries and regions.

二、危废的危害
II. Harm of hazardous wastes

(1) 破坏生态环境。随意排放、贮存的危废在雨水地下水的长期渗透、扩散作用下会污染水体和土壤降低地区的环境功能等级
Destroy the ecological environment. The dangerous wastes discharged and stored at will pollute water bodies and soil under the long-term penetration and diffusion of rainwater and groundwater, so as to reduce the environmental function level of the area.

(2) 影响人类健康危险废物通过摄入、吸入、皮肤吸收、眼接触而引起毒害,或引起燃烧、爆炸等危险性事件;长期危害包括重复接触导致的长期中毒、致癌、致畸、致变等。
Affect human health. Hazardous wastes cause poisoning through ingestion, inhalation, skin absorption, eye contact, or lead to dangerous events such as burning and explosion; long-term hazards include long-term poisoning, carcinogenicity, teratogenicity, and alteration caused by repeated exposure.

(3) 制约可持续发展。危险废物不处理或不规范处理处所带来的大气、水源、土壤等的污染也将会成为制约经济活动的瓶颈
Restrict sustainable development. The pollution of the atmosphere, water source, and soil caused by hazardous wastes untreated or through unregulated disposal will also become a bottleneck of restricting economic activities.

三、危废处理工艺
III. Hazardous waste treatment process

危废采用气化熔融工艺,该系统采用上料配料装置+气化炉+二燃室+余热换热器SNCR+急冷器+布袋除尘+碱洗脱硫塔+湿电除尘器+烟气换热器+烟道燃烧器+低温SCR+引风机+烟囱排放过程,经过处理后的烟气通过烟囱排入大气,保证对环境有污染气体的排放浓度和速率低于标准排放要求。
Gasification melting process is adopted. The system comprises feeding and preparing device + gasifier + secondary combustion chamber + residual heat exchanger (SNCR) + chiller + bag dust remover + alkali eluting sulfur tower + wet electrostatic precipitator + flue gas heat exchanger +flue gas burner+low temperature SCR + induced draft fan + chimney. The treated flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney to ensure that the concentration and discharging rate of gases polluting the environment are lower than the standard emission requirements.

其工作原理是危废经过预处理后进入气化炉,在缺氧还原性气氛下进行热解和气化,接着气化产物进入熔融炉进行高温燃烧,生成玻璃态熔渣。与传统的焚烧相比,气化熔融技术具有彻底的无害化、显著的减容性、回收能量及副产品等优势
The working principle is that the hazardous waste enters the gasification furnace after pretreatment, and is subjected to pyrolysis and gasification under an anoxic reducing condition. After that, the gasified product enters the melting furnace for high-temperature combustion to generate glassy slag. Compared with conventional incineration, the gasification and melting technology is completely harmless and remarkable in capacity reduction, and recovers energy and by-products.


四、气化渣水脱水的核心设备--离心机
IV. Core equipment of gasification slag dewatering – centrifuge

安装便捷性
 Installation convenience

相对于传统的过滤型设备(板框压滤机、带式过滤机等),离心机具有结构紧凑、高效,占地面积仅为1/3左右,无箱配备铺助气源、高压水等,设备进出口管路结构更简单。而且全封闭运行,操作环境更加人性化。
Compared with the conventional filter-type equipment (plate-and-frame filter, belt filter, etc.), the centrifuge is compact and efficient, covering only about a third of land, needless of auxiliary gas source, high-pressure water, and with simpler pipe structures at the inlet and outlet. And it features fully enclosed operation and more user-friendly operating environment.

运行稳定性
 Operation stability

过滤型设备板框压滤机、带式过滤机等是利用过滤方式去除固体颗粒粘稠的固体颗粒极易造成滤布的堵塞造成脱水性能下降。出现渣含水率偏高问题.而离心机是依II固液本身存在的比重差,借助高速旋转产生的离心力,使固液快速实现分离,从而使生产线连续、稳定运行变成了现实,也降低了后续的维护费用和操作人员的劳动强度。
Filter type equipment (plate-and-frame press, belt filter, etc.) is used to remove solid particles by filtration. Viscous solid particles easily cause clogging of the filter cloth, reducing the dehydration performance, and the filter cloth after bonding cannot be reused. The centrifuge, however, relies on the difference in specific gravity of the solid-liquid itself. The centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation quickly separates solid from liquid, making the production line realize continuous and stable operation, and lowering the subsequent maintenance cost and the labor intensity of operators.

经高温燃烧生成的玻璃态熔渣极其坚硬,【智楷分离】离心机所有的过流、过渣位置都配备可更换的硬质合金防护瓦(片),有针对性的选择了硬质合金的材质,较普通硬质合金更耐磨,使用寿命更长。
The glassy slag produced via high-temperature combustion is extremely hard. Replaceable hard alloy protective tiles (pieces) are furnished at all the flowing and slag discharging positions of the centrifuge, and the selected hard alloys are more wear-resistant and more durable than ordinary cemented carbide.

 


全自动控制模式
 Fully automatic control mode

从启动-分离-清洗-停机全部实现了程序化自动控制模式减少了设备运行期间的人为干预降低了操作人员素质的要求智能化控制模式,配备了测振、测温、速度等传感器预判和解决设备运行故障的能力得到了加强。
Programmatic automatic control mode from start to separation to cleaning to stop reduces human intervention during the operation of the equipment and lowers the requirements on operator quality; the intelligent control mode together with sensors for measuring vibration and temperature and speed has improved the capability to predict and solve equipment operation failures.

 

双电机双变频共直流母线技术
 Double-motor double-frequency conversion common DC bus

离心机主、副电机各采用一台高性能矢量变频器控制,副电机在差速作用下始终处于发电机状态,由于采用变频器共直流母线技术,副变频器能很好地将副电机产生的电能通过转化供主电机使用,从而达到节能降耗的目的
The main and ancillary motors of the centrifuge are controlled by a high-performance vector inverter. The ancillary motor is always in the generator state under the differential speed. The inverter adopts common DC bus technology. The auxiliary inverter can convert the electric energy generated by the ancillary motor into the power source to drive the main motor, thereby achieving the purpose of energy conservation.

通过双电机双变频控制技术,可实现对离心机差速的无级可调,具有反应速度块,扭矩检测准确,扭矩控制稳定,故障率低等优点。
Through the double-motor double-frequency conversion control technology, the stepless adjustment of the centrifuge differential speed can be realized. It features fast reaction speed, accurate torque detection, stable torque control, and low failure rate.

六、应用现场
VI. Applications

固液分离使用高效LW系列二相离心机可降低渣相的含液率便于运输和提高燃烧热值。
Solid-liquid separation realized by using a high-efficiency LW series two-phase centrifuge can reduce the liquid content of the slag phase, facilitate transportation, and increase the combustion heat value.

分离性能
Separation performance:

1、经过离心机分离后的渣相含水量可达到≤55%总体积较分离前减量80%以上
The water content of the slag phase after centrifugation can be ≤55, and its total volume is reduced by over 80% compared to that before separation;

2、经过离心机分离后的液相的含固量可达到≤0.1?0.2%
The solid content of the liquid phase after separation can reach ≤0.1~0.2%;
