I. Details of water treatment field

The impurities such as glass and braids in the biochemical sludge from the sludge tank is pulverized and removed. The sludge pump sends the sludge (concentration 0.5~4% or higher) into the centrifuge, and the fully automatic flocculant dosing device adds continuously PAM flocculant solution (concentration 1~3‰) into the feed pipe through the dosing pump for flocculation in the feed pipe and in the vicinity to produce flocculus to be sent into the centrifuge. The dehydrated mud cake is discharged from the drum by a centrifuge, and transported to the outside through the screw conveyor.

该脱水系统广泛适用于氧化沟、ABA/OA2/OSBRMBR厌氧发酵等工艺以及传统污水处理工艺要求的城市生活污水、市政污水、垃圾渗滤液、城市自来水、净化水及部分工业废水。采用高性能D\E型二相高效离心机实现固液分离。
The dehydration system is widely used for oxidation ditch, AB, A/O, A2/O, SBR, MBR, anaerobic fermentation, and other processes, as well as urban domestic sewage, municipal sewage, landfill leachate, urban tap water, purified water, and some industrial wastewater of conventional sewage treatment processes. Solid-liquid separation is achieved by a high-performance D\E type two-phase high-efficiency centrifuge.

The high-performance centrifuge is an automatic and continuous working mode for feeding-separating-slag (liquid) discharging. The whole process requires no human intervention. Multiple sets of equipment require only one inspector (in conjunction with other positions). Unlike the plate-and-frame filter, it does not require manual cutting in the sludge discharging process, greatly alleviating the labor intensity of operators.

The outlet of the screw conveyor adopts a vortex type to accelerate the entry of materials into the rotating drum, thereby reducing the disturbance of the discharged materials to the formed solid phase layer and improving the processing capacity. In the industry of flocculant, it can effectively reduce the shearing effect of the discharge hole on the floccules under the high-speed discharging state, so as to reduce the consumption of chemical agent.

污水中不可避免存在砂石、玻璃、金属等细小的坚硬颗粒和杂质若离心机未采取可靠的耐磨配置严重影响离心机的使用寿命和运行稳定性。离心机的耐磨防护方案完全有针对性的,根据物料的特性PH值、腐蚀性物质、固体颗粒大小硬度等),可选择采用硬质合金或者陶瓷,其中硬质合金采用YG6YG8以及各类改良型钨钴类合金,硬度可达到89 ~ 93 (HRA),完全可满足离心机所应用的领域。

If the centrifuge does not adopt a reliable wear-resistant configuration, its service life and operational stability will be greatly affected. The wear-resistant solution is completely targeted. According to the material characteristics (pH value, corrosive substance, solid particle size hardness, etc.), cemented carbide or ceramic can be selected, and the cemented carbide can be either YG6, YG8, or various modified tungsten-cobalt alloys with the hardness of 89~93 (HRA), which can fully meet the application fields of the centrifuge.

固体颗粒的脱水主要依靠强大的离心力、高扭矩的螺旋挤压力推料扭矩、超长的固体颗粒脱水长度离心机可产生超过数干个G的离心力较普通离心机高30-50%的雄旋推料扭矩转鼓脱水长度较普通离心机长10 ~ 20%
The dehydration of solid particles relies mainly on strong centrifugal force, high-torque screw extrusion force (pushing torque), and ultra-long solid particle dehydration length. The centrifuge can generate centrifugal force exceeding thousands of G, 30 ~ 50% higher than the screw pushing torque of common centrifuges. The screw pusher torque, and the drum dehydration length is 10 ~ 20% longer than that of common centrifuges.

The constant torque control of the centrifuge is the most advanced control mode in the world. The real-time monitoring of the actual output torque of the constant torque variable frequency motor through the high-performance auxiliary inverter is compared with the set torque value, and PID is used to adjust the material pushing speed of the screw conveyor in real time. The centrifuge can achieve continuous, stable, and economic operation.

五、无轴泥饼螺旋输送机
V. Shaftless mud cake screw conveyor

经离心机脱水后的泥饼通过无轴泥饼螺旋输送机输送至料仓、泥斗或者室外堆泥场,由于螺旋输送机采用先进的无轴理念、以及双叶片设计模式,因而输送效率更高、输送角度更大。
The mud cake dewatered by the centrifuge is transported to the silo, the mud hopper or the outdoor mud dump through the shaftless mud cake screw conveyor. Since the screw conveyor adopts advanced shaftless concept and double-blade design, the conveying efficiency is further improved and the conveying angle is enlarged.

?悬浮式无轴螺旋结构,最大限度降低了螺旋与耐磨衬的接触面积,提高使用寿命和运转能耗.
? Suspension type shaftless spiral structure minimizes the contact area between the spiral and the wear-resistant lining, improving the service life and operating energy consumption.

?上开启式U型管结构,有效解决泥饼易堵问题。内衬聚氨酯板,可避免U型管磨损问题

六、PAM/PAC全自动配投装置
VI. PAM/PAC full-automatic dispensing device

为了得到更高的固体回收率、更低的泥饼含水率,来自污泥池的污泥在进离心机脱水前,往往要添加PAM(絮凝剂)溶液,在某些污水中还要考虑添加PAC助凝剂,以提高絮凝效果.PAM/PAC全自动配投装置皆适合溶解PAM/PAC干粉,采用最先进的三腔式结构,具备连续配料熟化待用的全自动化操作流程。
To obtain a higher solid recovery rate and a lower moisture content of the mud cake, the sludge from the sludge tank is often added with a PAM (flocculant) solution before dewatered in the centrifuge, and PAC (coagulant) is also added in some sewage to improve the effect of flocculation. The PAM/PAC full-automatic dispensing device is suitable for dissolving PAM/PAC dry powder, adopts the most advanced three-chamber structure, and possesses the fully automatic operation flow of continuous batching→curing→setting aside.

?箱体材质:PP板或不锈钢,在气候潮湿的工作现场,建议采用PP板。

七、离心机出泥口电动刀闸阀
VII. Electric sluice valve at centrifuge slag outlet

为了满足现场工艺需求,防止在低速清洗阶段清洗水从排渣口流出进入泥饼螺旋输送机、泥斗或料仓,造成现场的二次污染,在离心机出渣口位配备电动刀闸阀,由PLC控制柜与离心机联锁控制,可自动或手动控制开启与关闭;排渣口与清液口通过软管连接,防止串振。
To meet the on-site process requirements and prevent the cleaning water from flowing out of the slag discharging port into the mud cake screw conveyor, mud hopper or silo at the low-speed cleaning stage to cause secondary pollution, an electric sluice valve is arranged at the slag outlet of the centrifuge. The valve is controlled by a PLC control cabinet and the centrifuge to automatically or manually open or close; the slag outlet and the clear liquid port are connected through a hose to prevent vibration.
