一、煤化工行
I. Coal chemical industry

煤化工是指以煤为原料经化学加工使煤转化为气体、液体和固体燃料以及化学品的过程。主要包括煤的气化、液化、干馏以及焦油加工和电石乙炔化工等。煤化学加工过程。煤中有机质的化学结构,是以芳香族为主的稠环为单元核心,由桥键互相连接,并带有各种官能团的大分子结构,通过热加工和催化加工,可以使煤转化为各种燃料和化工产品。
Coal chemical industry refers to the process of converting coal into gas, liquid, and solid fuels and chemicals through chemical processing. 二、煤焦油行
II. Coal tar industry

煤焦油一是煤炭干馏时产生的黑褐色粘稠状液体简称为焦油煤炭干馏气化过程中产生的黑褐色具有刺激性臭味粘稠状的液体产率约占干煤的3~4%按焦化温度不同所得焦油可分为高温焦油、中温焦油和低温焦油。根据不同的热解温度,可分为低温450°C~650°C干馏焦油、低温和中温(600°C?800°C)发生炉焦油、中温(900°C~1000°C)立式煤焦油、高温(1000°C)炼焦焦油;
Coal tar is a dark brown viscous liquid produced during the dry distillation of coal, referred to as tar; the black brown produced during the coal dry distillation is related to a viscous liquid reeking of a pungent odor, with a yield accounting for about 3~4% of the dry coal; the tar obtained at different coking temperature can be divided into high temperature tar, medium temperature tar, and low temperature tar. According to different pyrolysis temperature, it can also be divided into low temperature (450°C ~ 650°C) dry distillation tar, low and medium temperature (600°C ~ 800°C) furnace tar, medium temperature (900°C ~ 1000°C) coal tar, and high temperature (1000°C) coking tar;

粗焦油是炼焦过程中产生的煤气用循环氨水喷洒和在初冷器中冷凝冷却加以回收的含有大里水分含水4%左右有时达到8~ 10%
The crude tar is recovered from the coal gas produced in the coking process that is sprinkled with circulating ammonia and condensed in a primary cooler. It contains large water, about 4%, sometimes 8~10%;

煤焦油用三相离心机技水特点
 Technical characteristics of three-phase centrifuge for coal tar

离心机分离后的重液相可采取两种不同的排液方式,即重力排出和内置向心泵带压排出;其中内置向心泵带压排出包括液层固定模式以及重相液层在线可调模 式,根据工艺条件需求予以选择。
The heavy liquid phase separated by the centrifuge can adopt two different liquid discharging modes, namely gravity discharging and discharging through the built-in centripetal pump with pressure, wherein the latter includes liquid layer fixed mode and the online adjustable mode of heavy phase liquid layer, which is selected according to the process conditions.

煤焦油用三相离心机分离性能典型中、高温煤焦油):
 Separation performance (typical medium and high temperature coal tar) of coal tar three-phase centrifuge:

1. 离心机分离效率高,且结构紧凑,连续运行,分离颗粒直径可降至2μm,处理后的焦渣中固体含量(甲苯不溶物大于45%,可以简单优化液体的澄清,以及固体的干度。
The centrifuge features high separation efficiency, compact structure, and continuous operation. The diameter of the separated particles can be reduced to 2 μm. The solid content (toluene insoluble matter) in the treated coke button is more than 45%, which can easily optimize the clarification of liquid and the dryness of solids.

2. 分离后的焦油质量氨水含量<2.5%焦油含量≥97% 固体含量> 100μm): <0.3%
Tar quality after separation: aqueous ammonia content: <2.5%; tar content: ≥97%; solid content (> 100 μm): <0.3%

3. 分离后氨水中焦油含里≤4g/L
After separation, the tar in the aqueous ammonia: ≤ 4g/L

注:以上分离性能建立在煤焦油温度270°C状态下
